I recently bought a Lenovo Yoga 910 2 in 1 laptop and I am very happy with it!

My selection process settled quickly for a 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop and more particularly around 3 devices:

All 3 are beautiful devices with great specifications, so the choice is really personal in the end!
Dell XPS 13 2-in-1
I was initially set for the Dell, I liked the warm finish of the keyboard and the really thin design. However, with the Core M CPU optimising the use of the laptop for mobility and battery length, I preferred opting for a i7 maximizing performance for development purpose but still providing a great mobile experience.
Beautiful laptop for people always on the go for $2798 with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD.
HP Spectre x360
It’s hard not to notice the Spectre! With ads and beautiful pictures all over 🙂
This is definitely a beautiful beast, but at a great cost!
Looking for a high specs laptop:
- i7 Core
- 16 GB RAM
- 512 GB SSD minimum
- 4k display preferred
This is by far the most expensive of the 3 devices… ($3249 with 1TB SSD).
Furthermore, while I really liked the black one, I wasn’t inspired by the gray aluminium finish – too much Apple devices around 😉
Lenovo Yoga 910
The last one I discovered was the Yoga 910 and while at first the bezel looked strange, I started to really enjoy the design and slick finish.
My other decision factors were:
- 13.9 inch UHD display – having almost 14 inch is great for development
- Price tag: $2799 with 512GB SSD
- 2x USB-3 Type C slots
Adding a moshi USB-C to HDMI 4K adapter, I am now good to go!
